Cotman Water Colour
Cotman Water Colours are Winsor and Newton's student range of water colours. They are still made to a high standard but costs are kept to a low by replacing some of the more costly pigments with less expensive alternatives.
The range consists of 40 colours in 8ml and 21ml tubes and half pans. Have a look at the full colour chart once you've chosen which format you require. The Cotman range possess good transparency, excellent tinting strength and good working properties. There are also a number of excellent water colour sets available in the Cotman range.
